In recognition of the Wichita State University 2024 Graphic Design graduates, Exceptional was an event that reflected on our collective journey through the program. We crafted a theme that highlighted the unique identity of each designer while demonstrating our deep understanding of design principles and when to challenge them. The event featured an inspiring collection of student work and capstone projects, showcasing the diverse backgrounds, passions, and expertise of our graduating class. My contributions to the event included assisting with branding development and collaborating with my peers on logo ideation. I also played a key role in event planning by coordinating food and creating a collaged logo installation that complemented the collective collage work of my graduating class. Additionally, I led the print production team, overseeing the design and coordination of all print materials while working with local printers to ensure high-quality production.
